Welcome to our website.

We started with our first Mastiff, as a pet, in 1988 and have never looked back.  Tiny (Ch. Anorah's Tiny Guardian, featured on this page) turned out to be the best in her litter and so we showed her to her championship, had her hips and eyes certified and bred her.  We have been showing, breeding and placing Mastiffs ever since.

We have had several litters from this line and have bred to the following Champions: Grenier Hall Jedadiah, Acorn Hills Silent Knight, Pinewood His Maj. Holy Moses, Baskerville's Magnus Augustus (Gus), and Baskerville's Prince Lothar (Bubba), to name a few.  All of our breeding stock is tested for temperament, OFA hips and elbows, PennHip, and CERF (for eyes).  In addition, depending on what other testing is required by the clubs, our dogs are tested for Thyroid, Von Willebrand's Disease and OFA of the heart (for congenital heart abnormalities). Only the best and clear dogs are bred.

We have puppies usually once or twice a year that are placed in approved homes.

We attend the dog shows in the Ottawa area including: The Ottawa Show, Kars, Limestone (Kingston), and Long Sault, as long as we do not have a new litter of puppies to care for.

We are members of the Canadian Kennel Club,  Mastiff Club of America, and the Ottawa Kennel Club. We have previously belonged to the Canadian Mastiff Club.

We live with our two children in rural Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on 27 acres.  We currently have11 Mastiffs (Old English Mastiffs) ranging in age from 5 months to 6 years old.

We could not raise the puppies and look after our dogs without the help of Sue who runs Harley's Pet Services. She may be able to help you care for your pets. Visit her website for more information by clicking on the link above.
