Have placed a deposit of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) to reserve a Purebred Mastiff puppy.  The deposit will be credited to my account towards the total price of $2500.00.

The conditions of the deposit are as follows:

I/We understand that the deposit in NOT refundable once the litter is whelped and there is a puppy to meet the above conditions. In the event that no mastiff puppy is available to me the breeder will refund the deposit in whole. 

At four (4) weeks of age a further payment of $1000 (one thousand dollars) is required, the date to be set upon the day the puppies are whelped. 

The balance of the payment, $1000 (one thousand dollars) is due when the puppy is picked up when it is 8 weeks of age. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER made out to Dave and Joanne Swift (Knighterrant Mastiffs) OR CASH. 

The attached contract, having been read and meeting the purchaser’s agreement, will be signed and come into force after the puppy has been paid for in full and before it leaves the breeders residence.

**The final decision to complete the sale is at the sole discretion of the breeder. If the sale is not completed at the discretion of the breeder the deposit will be fully refunded.**
